Authenticity of the food and the service is top-notch. You can taste the care and they make you feel at home. The Chicken enchilada Mole was outstanding. The place was packed but not noisy. Great business lunch spot.

For the multi-course menu items, all members of your party must choose the same option please.

Truly exceptional! Our table ordered the Omkase menu and thoroughly enjoyed the authentic flavors and service. Everything was perfectly prepared. The tempura sea bass and brie were table favorites. Presentation was beautiful. We even had the opportunity to speak to Chef Savannah who was incredibly gracious and a gifted chef.

This was an all around terrific experience. I had forgotten how good this restaurant is. The food was tasty and presented beautifully. Our waiter was responsive and eager to fulfill our every wish. The ambience is spare, Asian, and very peaceful, although the noise level can get high. Now that I've been reminded of Elements, it won't be long before I return.

Fine dining in a historic brick-and-wood setting with soaring ceilings and windows. Featuring hand-cut USDA prime and dry-aged steaks selected just for us. Poultry, fish, game and vegetarian dishes are offered alongside a full bar serving classic and contemporary cocktails. Enjoy the cozy ambiance of our lounge with fireplace and try out our lounge plates on Lounge Thursday, where most of our lounge offerings are $10! An a la carte menu is also offered. Live piano accompaniment Tuesday through Saturday evenings, with jazz bands performing on Wednesdays.

Great dinner. The Sycamore has a wonderful ambiance and tonight was extra nice with a live pianist who was very sweet to my 5 year old daughter (who got up to dance to his music). The food was good. I got the duck breast and my wife got the scallops. The scallops were good but not great. The duck was great. For the price, our expectations were high and we felt a little let down on quality. That being said. The staff was super friendly. The Sycamore old fashioned was great (no bottom shelf and soda water here). The wine pours were generous. We are hoping the scallops were just a slightly off dish and will definitely be coming back. Sycamore is definitely high end dining with small town friendliness.

Dinner and a concert! Omakase awesomeness! And the uni, who doesn’t love uni at m. Chef was first rate top shelf. Kim kept us flowing. See you soon in Durham or maybe even Cary. I love the “mpire”!
