The Sushi was great! I wish I could say the same about the meat. They don't really understand what is medium-well as they gave our meat RAW. The server took it back to be seared again and it came back medium. Honestly I didn't have it in me to keep complaining. We had stated that it was my birthday and they made no attempt at bringing out anything for it. Our service was definitely subpart; our waiter kept taking a long time to show up or offer dessert even until we asked for it. Nevertheless he was standing there while we were paying and giving out the tip. My husband is always kind and when we were younger, we worked in the food industry, so we know better than not to leave less than 20% but honestly, this service did not deserve it.

We love this restaurant , awe’ve been there a few times in CDMX, without any issues. My experience in the Puebla location was not great regarding the service. We ask multiple time for mineral waters and tortillas; We had left overs on two dishes, I asked our waiter to put them in a to go container but he trow it out, a manager came to say sorry and offered drinks to us.

Delicious hibachi grill - service was great and food portions not too heavy. Preferred the beef over the shrimp. Fried rice is great.
