KAEDE is the ​∼寿司割烹∼ "Sushi-Kappou" restaurant, which is hybrid between Sushi Bar & fine Japanese Bistro. It is a style of Authentic sushi restaurant in Japan.

Owner/Chef Izumi Uehara and Executive sushi chef Shinji Uehara had been working and learning in The Netherlands, Japan and San Francisco, then have cultivated knowledge and technique about sushi and Japanese cuisine.

Please enjoy the harmony of sushi and dishes and atmosphere that is weaved by us with senses

(Sight, Hearing, Smell, Touch and Taste),

beyond that, we aim to produce a warm and comfortable dining experience its feeling like Japan for everybody,

please spend such a fun time with us in "KAEDE".

The food is excellent, and the wine by the glass was also fantastic. One thing that would have helped the ambience is if the blender at the bar is moved to a different room so that the bartender isn't so loud.

Don’s Favorite Foods is a prix-fixe restaurant created by husband and wife team Chef Don Salamone and Kate Laurents in partnership with Sommelier Adam Galbraith.
We also offer cocktails courtesy of Jeffrey Morgenthaler and Benjamin "Banjo" Amberg.

Our Italian and French-influenced menu changes monthly and highlights dishes Don grew up with as well as those he mastered though his experiences working at Michelin-starred restaurants all over the country.

From Don: At Don’s, you may find gnocchi like my Ma used to make or Italian sausage modeled after my Godfather’s, Oreste “Ernie” Capone. You might also find scallops still in their shells, Oregon pork in the style of Braciole, and popovers I learned to make from my mother-in-law, Terry, because the Laurents family makes those every Christmas morning... beef tartare, sea urchin, caviar, etc too. These things are all my favorites.

Unique dining experience in a neighborhood restaurant located in downtown Newberg. Delicious Italian food with a variety of fresh ingredients in a relaxed setting. Very well done!

Vancouver Now Has Its Very-Own Georgian Restaurant!
Dediko, owned by a mother-son team, serves the country’s famous stuffed breads and dumplings out of a cheery Evergreen Boulevard cafe. Dediko’s menu is stacked with the classics of that region, with a number of different khachapuri, soup-filled dumplings called khinkali, walnut-heavy vegetable dishes called phkali, and various grilled meats called mtsvadi. Also coming from the grill, Dediko’s kababi consists of a kebab-like grilled ground chicken patty with Georgian spices, folded in a roll of lavash flatbread. Nico Bakh is partial to a homey dish called lobio, a bean stew served in an imported Georgian pot, complete with a side of fermented vegetables and a Georgian cornbread called mchadi.

Service was pretty mid. The food was delicious. It's a small place so we moved to an outside table. Enjoyed it outside much more.

The owner and her father both served us during our visit and we found them to be so incredibly friendly and adorable that we left wanting to tell everyone how good of an experience it was! Don't skip out on this place! It's such a cute and memorable time!

The care and commitment to quality and flavors is so evident at De Noche (and its sister bar, Comala). A beautiful dining room setting and the warmth of staff and chef round out the choice for a lovely evening!
