The whole experience was top notch. Ruth Chris Steakhouse has always been a consistent fine dining establishment and the Destin location is no exception. My granddaughter’s birthday was exceptional and Shane, our waiter, was the best. Thank you to the whole team for a great experience.

I will visit this restaurant again. A fantastic experience from the ease of booking the reservation to the front door hostess, to the server to the meal... excellent. I ordered the fillet mignon special. It was the largest fillet I have ever had at a restaurant. It was cooked to order and was perfect. It beef cut like warm butter. The flavor was amazing. The server was attentive and professional. The restaurant was clean and the lighting was warm and comfortable. It was a great dining experience.

The food was overall well prepared. For the price I would have expected a bit more personal interest from the chef. My risotto was a touch under cooked which distracted from the delicious grouper that was perfect. The service was slow to warm up but friendly and helpful. It was our anniversary and the server placed our dessert on a platter with “happy anniversary” on it. The crust on the crème brûlée was burnt, but the cream was set to perfection. Small details make a difference. The music was club music and a bit loud for a fine dinning experience. Overall would eat here again. Would appreciate a bit more interest from the cooks on the complete meal.
