We loved our experience and ordered 2 Dutchesses, since splitting is not allowed. It came with 3 tiers of food/dessert and tea. It was not large portions but was satisfying. Lovely time.

Great staff and plenty of choices on the menu. We enjoyed the pepperoni flatbread and the filet mignon. G&T with a NH gin too!

Ember Wood Fired Grill features a locally inspired menu with a casual upscale setting. Our Chef, Christopher Gouzie, best describes our menu as "Globally Inspired". It features familiar dishes with a twist. "We use new and interesting ingredients, and different cooking procedures to introduce our guests to a unique way to present food."

We have taken this same concept for our Specialty Cocktail list. Deviating from the classic recipe with housemade syrups, specialty bitters, and high end liquors and liqueurs.

Always a good meal with great service each time we visit. The chef’s unique menu keep us coming back for more! Highly recommend for a casual dining-out experience in downtown Dover NH. Plus there’s ample parking next-door . each time we visit.
