We were there for Date Night which made it more affordable. Had the mushroom flatbread appetizer, the steak special, and the lamb chops - all delicious. One of us had the cookie sundae for dessert, which was very nice. The other had the fresh peach tart which was only okay - the puff pastry shell was tough and there wasn't much in the way of filling so it was pretty dry; the flavor was nice, though.

Our first time experience and we will go back! Delicious, fresh, creative and great menu selection and pairings. The Carriage House is presented as a classy, smart dining experience as indicated with the meal offerings, wine selection and cocktails. However, dining staff needs to be trained not to reach across or in front of customers while serving water, drinks, silverware or food. We found this a bit out of place, as it was not what you expected. Everything else is well-orchestrated including the food being served all at once. Hope this helps.... Julie G.

My food was outstanding! I ordered a fisherman's platter, and typically fried food will bother me, however, I felt fine after eating my meal and the day after! I would HIGHLY recommend this place with no hesitation! Our waitress was wonderful as she was so down to earth. She normally is a bar tender, and we ate out on the patio, which was wonderful!

We had the lobster bisque. So tasty with big pieces of lobster meat. Salad was peaches and barrata cheese, arugula and prosciutto. Delish! Entree was scallops, risotto and asparagus. This chef knows what she’s doing! Servers pleasant. We sat “outside” which was an enclosed porch type of area. Lovely!

We enjoy The Crown every time, especially when we eat outdoors ( inside it tends toward the noisier side). The food and drinks are excellent. Primrose was our server and she’s terrific! Always a great experience!
