Las hierbas y verduras provienen de proveedores orgánicos del sureste de Inglaterra, la mozzarella de búfala vuela desde Nápoles 2 veces por semana, y el marisco se envía en tren desde Escocia por la noche. Algunos de los platillos más populares son el lomo de corzo de Balmoral con salsa de manzana y salvia, el filete de rodaballo de Cornualles al horno con migas de hierbas y salsa de tomillo y la tarta de chocolate negro y castaña.
