The food is delightfully fresh, and the chef’s creativity shines through each dish. The manager proved most attentive and cordial, and the flow of service was seamless and thoughtfully paced. I had the distinct pleasure of meeting the owner, whose heartfelt dedication to fine service and guest experience was plainly evident. A most worthy restaurant—highly recommended. I shall, without doubt, return.

Tangawizi restaurant in London’s East Twickenham, close to Richmond Bridge, earned the well-heeled locals’ devotion right from the off. The chef is ‘trained by and strongly recommended by Vineet Bhatia’ and that’s saying quite a lot. The dining room is very smart, mood-enhancingly lit in saffron and blackberry with details of beautiful sari fabric inlaid in the tables. Dishes are authentic North Indian, but cutting-edge and contemporary, the way we Londoners like them: the freshest of ingredients, little oil, sparkling flavours. Try the mixed platter of starters to share to really browse the possibilities, then choose something like spicy marinated red snapper in tempura batter served with cheddar and Parmesan risotto, with one of the lovely dahls on the side. The traditionally-clad waitstaff are very attentive and the whole experience a winner.

We came to celebrate our anniversary. The food was simply delicious and beautifully presented - as usual here. Particularly commend the samosa starter, the goat biryani and the wonderful kulfi. This is a truly excellent place to celebrate a special occasion.

We had 6 dishes in total, Salmon nigiri, Vegetable tempura, Chicken yakitori, Korean soy fried chicken, Miso roast aubergine, and dessert. Everything was delicious, especially all the glazes/ sauces. Would definitely eat here again.

Using Daniele’s Italian Nonna and her traditional recipes as inspiration we embarked on a mission to bring the best fresh pasta dishes in London town! Our pasta is freshly made daily with zero zero flour from Italy and it is combined with egg, water, and salt. Our sauces are made in-house with Nonna’s love using the freshest ingredients sourced from Italy and our UK homeland. Nonna’s dishes are finished with a sprinkle of Pecorino or Parmigiano Reggiano cheese depending on preference and tradition and of course, the pasta will be always cooked al dente, Nonna’s way!"
