Have to say the wedding soup was even better than usual. Very flavorful. I also had the farfalle with chicken and asparagus special and it was outstanding! Probably the best meal I have had there and I go a lot!

G Bar & Kitchen in Swampscott provides a beautiful interior with dark, rich wood flooring, bright red chairs situated along the bar, and pale colored chairs, tables and booths along the opposite walls. Big windows let in plenty of sunshine to help increase the brightness and inviting atmosphere of the interior whereas friendly staff members make you feel like an honored guest at G Bar & Kitchen. Upon first glance at the menu, you will notice plenty of delicious options like the shrimp chow fun and gnocchi. You also have stuffed acorn squash, lamb rack, duck, haddock, veal chop and a N.Y strip to name a few. There is an option for just about every flavor preference so you are sure to leave feeling satisfied and yearning to come back for more when you visit G Bar & Kitchen.

The food was great Service was friendly and helpful but obviously need more wait staff as all restaurants do these days. . Noise level way too loud. and we would try outdoor table when weather allows. But the quality of food made this a definite repeat. I enjoyed the veal parm very much. Really hard to get good veal but this was great. And the preparation was perfect. it was served on a bed of fusilli which I would enjoy more al dente, it was too soft. my party all enjoyed their selections.

Anthony’s Hawthorn never disappoints. The perfect place, thoughtful decor, ambience, warmth! A lovely place to celebrate the joy of conviviality. Limited menu, assures each selection is carefully prepared, presented, and professionally served! I adore dining at the Hawthorne! It is an icon on the North Shore. Sweeping views, picture perfect sunsets… a place to linger and enjoy. The best steaks, and fresh seafood and a traditional desserts! So many memories, simply lovely! Thank you for all of the times we have shared. A restaurant par excellence!

Ithaki is always a perfect place for our family get togethers. From the beginning, the hostess was very friendly, the server (I can't remember her name but young, friendly, professional) was simply perfect! She is very accommodating in a natural way, you can tell she enjoys her work and people! The buses were also very good. We had tuna and calamari for apps, veal, greek salad, and salmon for meals. Everything was cooked to perfection. Love this place. Glad to see the Holiday Inn has quieted down a bit and Ithaki what signs for their parking and customers. Great job everyone!
