Born in Naples, Italy and raised in Milan, Bruno Abate was inspired at an early age by his parents for his passion for food and fashion. Bruno opened his first company in Milan, selling fish and caviar to high-end restaurants. His extensive travels around the world helped him appreciate fine food and design and eventually led him to Chicago in 1999, where he combined his passions. In Chicago, Bruno brought together his vision to marry authentic Italian cuisine with a modern design when he opened his first restaurant Follia, in the meatpacking district and currently, Tocco in Winnetka.

We had a wonderful lunch at NaKorn today. The tapioca crackers with dipping sauce was delicious. My dining partner had the braised beef noodles as she was battling a cold and she said it was the very best comfort food. I loved my coconut curry braised chicken. The chicken was tender and well seasoned. The curry had just enough heat to counter balance the coconut. We will be back for the food. Service was efficient and our server had an in-depth understanding of the menu and helped us decide on our order. The wall murals add just enough interest to the setting.

We have been coming to Dacha for few years now for authentic food and great service. Their fried potatoes are the best. Great selection of entrees, portions are large enough to share, desserts are great too. Our favorite is honey cake.

A family favorite. It's our go-to spot for gatherings. The bento combos satisfies cravings for favorite dishes. Fresh fish with great daily specials. Wait staff are all cordial, prompt, and efficient. I love eating here.
