Como su nombre lo indica, el Moules A Go Go es famoso por sus mejillones frescos de la costa de Anglesey, los cuales sirven en diferentes presentaciones que van desde los sencillos mejillones a la marinera hasta los estilo coreano. Su impresionante selección de platillos de mariscos van desde el tradicional pescado y papas fritas hasta el exquisito robalo, sin olvidar los jugosos cortes de carne locales. El Moules A Go Go continúa con éxito tras 17 años en un negocio muy reñido al ofrecer maravillosa comida y un gran ambiente que es a la vez contemporáneo y cómodo. El chef principal y el gerente han estado allí desde la creación del restaurante, algo nada común en el tempestuoso mundo de la cocina, una dedicación que es el indicio de la consistencia y la calidad en la comida y el servicio.
