Recently featured on Guy Fieri's "Diner's, Drive In's and Dive's". Owned and operated by the DiGiorgio family, DiGiorgio"s Cafe Largo is authentic. When you think pasta, local seafood, veal, tira misu and others, DiGiorgio's Cafe Largo is the first to come to mind in Key Largo. The DiGiorgio family emigrated from the cities of San Marino in north Italy and Cassino, outside of Rome. Being in business in South Florida since 1968 we have developed a great following and reputation. In 1990, the DiGiorgio family moved to Key Largo and saw the possibilities of mixing all the varieties of local seafood available with pasta and other dishes. Wow! What an unexpected surprise! Truly creative menu options meet authentic Italian fare. The BEST Osso bucco , not just pot roast! Delicious red sauce braised plus a bed of perfect rustic mushroom risotto. We will be back!

This place is over rated. The signature Veal chop Florentine featured on Triple D was very disappointing. There was more breading then meat and must have been pre-cooked I couldn’t eat it. My better half had the Lobster MAC and cheese and that was pretty good. The server brought out our entree before our salad. Our meatball and sausage appetizer was ok hardly any sauce. We asked for more sauce but never came. So if your a foodie this place isn’t for you but see for yourself.

Everything about this place was awesome. This was the best Italian food I've had in years. I grew up in New England with a heavy population of Italians, so the food was always good. This place reminded me of home. The homemade pasta was wow. The short-rib meatballs were to die for, and my had had the Truffled lobster mac and cheese. She ate it all. I did sneak a bite. Yummy. We will go back again, the next time we are in Key Largo.

I am lost on what Guy saw in this place. I had the clams casino which was terrible and veal parm that tasted like cardboard. The sauce for the pasta seriously lacked depth. My wife had the veal Marseille and she too was disappointed.

The staff was friendly and service was great.
The garlic bread was very good. The wine list had a bottle to my liking.
I had the linguini with clam sauce. The serving was plentiful but the clam sauce lacked taste.

Food is always good! Love the garlic bread knots. Just a great Italian restaurant. Only complaint is having to pay $15.00 per bottle to uncork.

So disappointed, made a special reservation...Was very excited...The waitress was irritated by asking any questions...My meal was brought out with wrong pasta...her response was Chef didn't want to make it that way! Really last time I checked I was paying. Ruined the whole experience.Very disappointing..At least if your not happy try

We had a reservation but the host stand still had us standing around for quite a while. However once we sat service was excellent and very well timed. The only negative part of our experience was the ceiling; something fell off of it and then I couldn’t stop staring at it.

The food was only average for an Italian restruant and they rushed you through dinner with 3 servers per table.
Very disappointed after all of the advertising hype with Guy Fieri.
Had chicken parm and eggplant tower and both were over cooked.

Pasta soup delicious. Eggplant parm prepared in a way I’ve never had. It was delicious. Our waitress , who served us before was great. Cafe Largo always can be counted on for a good Italian meal.

We had the lobster mac and cheese...hardly any lobster in it!!! Several little balls of what i think were lobster. Try lazy lobster if you want lobster mac n cheese...you get a full lobster tail and you know it is lobster. Never order it here for you will pay a hi price with no lobster!!!

First the good. We got a nice bottle of wine for $30. Good value.
My wife and I shared an appetizer which was really bad. It was supposed to be clams casino, but was nothing close to any we’ve ever had. What came out was six clam shells with meatball sized burnt dry stuffing. We couldn’t find the clam. When we did completely dehydrated . Don’t call a meal clam and hide the main ingredient. A good casino features the clam.
Main meals were ok, and priced fair.
Not spectacular at all.
My wife’s burrata was very good.
Overall we were disappointed as big fans of triple ds.

Nice Italian variety on the menu, including good wine selection. Food (especially the sauces) is very good to excellent. Garlic knots are a nice upgrade to the standard bread offering. Service is welcoming & appropriately attentive. If you’re in the mood for home cooked Italian this is the place. We’ve ordered many items & always leave saying we should go more often!

Very good marinara. My chicken parmesan was very good. My daughters para was bad. Bolognese with very little sauce. Our server was nice but very slow. We had a reservation and they made us wait 30 minutes for our table. During all the wait time, there where tables available. 4 stars only because of the marinara sauce. Else it would have been worse classification.

No parking and service was terrible our server even said that she keeps forgetting about our table, I responded with I know. Because there is not enough parking it is a very dangerous place to go because of the very dark and busy highway you must cross over. This is why I would not recommend this location the excellent food is not worth putting your life at risk just to park.

I highly recommend this place for Good Italian food in Key Largo. The servers are the best! Very knowledgeable as well. Don't be shy about asking them questions about the food/drinks or restaurant. They have their own wine from their family vineyard in Australia that is excellent. They have great perks for locals as well. It is often busy and holidays are crazy here. You will wait almost an hour even with a reservation on HOLIDAYS ONLY. Any other time they are excellent with having available especially when you have a reservation. There are two servers that I Highly reccomend, Carla, and Amanda. They are absolutely womderful.

The food was amazing! My wife and I shared a beet salad, (good thing because it was huge) and it was wonderful. Our entrees were the eggplant parmesan and quattro fromagio ravioli. Both were top notch, fresh, and delicious. Service was spot on as well.
We highly reccomend this restaurant!

We had originally booked this restaurant for our 55th wedding anniversary. Thank goodness our daughter booked a different place for our special day and we had one of the best experiences we have ever had for that evening.. We re-booked for the next evening at DiGiorgio's. The table was fine, service was good as well. My wife ordered the Veal Marsala with vegetables, I ordered the Chicken Francaise. The meals came in deep plates swimming in sauce. The Veal Marsala sauce was watery with little taste and had to be sent back. My Chicken Francaise was not what I expected, and this is a dish I have ordered many times before. It was not thin sliced, but was similar to a regular chicken schnitzel laid on top of spaghetti with a sauce that someone had added too much lemon to, almost bitter. I did eat a portion of itt and took the remainder with me. May try and doctor it up at home and see if it is editable.
All in all a very disappointing experience.
