    From the moment we entered we were meet with friendly service and exceptional care. Food was superb and the wait staff was impeccable!! Exceptional in every way!! Highly recommend this establishment!!

    Food is always excellent at Devon. This time however I was surprised that the basil pesto shrimp linguini dish I ordered had only a total of 3 medium size shrimp! I don’t know if that was a fluke or the norm but definitely not worth the price.

    Service was less than what I expected but other than the waitress the staff were good. She was not attentive, steaks were under cooked so sent back and it took 15 min or more to get them back and she didn't seem to care or check on us in the meantime. Ambiance was nice and lobster bisque was amazing.

    We have eaten at Devon’s many times in the past. Food and service have always been top notch. In fact, it it weren’t unmannerly, I would’ve licked my plate clean in the past. This current visit the food was not up to the usual 5 stars we have come to expect from Devon’s. The server and the assistants (water person and person tabling the entrees) were attentive and personable as usual. The flavor of the food this visit wasn’t up to expectations. Everything was prepared well, but there was a lack of flavor. The opah could’ve used a marinate or sauce or some sort as it was very dry. The truffle butter mushrooms didn’t have the same taste as usual. Maybe this was an off night, or since it is our first visit or the season the kitchen staff may have changed since our previous visits. We will give Devon’s another try, but if the taste of their entrees remains so-so, we may not be back because I can’t see paying these prices for so-so flavored entrees.

    We started the night at the bar for drinks and they wouldn’t transfer our drinks to our table bill. When we got to our table it took over an hour for our food to arrive and when it did, everything was cold, the soup had a crusty layer on it, my husband’s medium stake was dried out, sides were cold, and the baby green salad was soggy. It seemed like the food was sitting in the kitchen for so long. The only fix that was offered was for more sides. For $150 dinner, it was an extremely disappointing experience.
