Just do NOT order any steak entrees. They are awful cuts of meat. The bone in ribeye was cooked mid rare, which was how I ordered, but was like chewing leather. The filet at the table might as well have been sirloin. They should remove “Steak” from their name. Seafood was what we expected for Hershey PA. The apps were good and that was the saving grace. Unfortunately they took 45 minutes. Not the end of the world but the entrees followed 5 minutes after. Terrible timing. Service was friendly but non existent. I don’t like being bothered but I do like the option to refresh a drink or water. Saw our server for our order and once again to ask if we wanted dessert. She actually brought a drink we didn’t order and we still paid for it. Didn’t want to wait forever to have that rectified.

The restaurant has an amazing ambiance. We were sat just before our reservation time, water, rolls and butter arrived a couple of minutes later. We ordered our meal, and waited, and waited. It took almost an hour for our dinner to arrive. Our server apologized for how long it took, explaining a lot of tables were seated at the same time. Our meal was very tasty, I had grouper, roasted mushrooms, and creamed corn. My wife had a filet, mashed potatoes and risotto. Everything was cooked perfectly. Overall, a great experience, except for the wait.

Been to Devon several times before and always had a great experience. But, this time the food was disappointing. Our server was mostly attentive and very courteous. Drinks ran low at one point, for quite awhile, and we had to wait longer than usual for our entrees. Overall, our experience was not consistent with prior dining visits at Devon, and we believe you should be aware of this.

I took my fiance here for Father's Day, and the staff, food, and overall experience were wonderful! Thank you so much to the Devon staff!

I want to like this restaurant but sometimes this place is just average. Service was average, the food was pretty good. The mixed drinks were horrible. Overall, I think my issue is with the hostesses. Every time we go there, they make us wait. There is no one waiting in front of us and there are a lot of open tables when we go to get seated. It is not a service flow issue. Houlihan’s is the exact opposite of Devon’s. The hostesses are great at Houlihan’s. Overall, just an average HERCO restaurant.

First off. We had Bonus gift cards from Christmas- $120 worth. We were told they expired end of March. Then she said we could only use $20 per visit anyway- ??!hmm. Ok- we will stay and enjoy our meal. Appetizer was extremely salty. My Salmon was mediocre. Rest of table had steaks that they said were good- just did not have much flavor. Biscuit were awesome Bottom line- for such a fine establishment, the food should have been superb. We will not be revisiting again.

Made reservations for my husband for our 6th wedding anniversary. Show up and the restaurant Is pretty empty. I am still made wait ten minutes to be seated while 4 people stood behind the front desk chatting. We are then escorted to the side room where groups are seated. Upon being seated there is a group of 10 people and another table set for 8. We were looking for a nice relaxing night not one stuck listening to a loud group. Common sense would have been to seat the people celebrating their anniversary (yes it was called out) somewhere quieter. Not in the party area with a loud group. So disappointing the lack of intelligence at the front desk. Since we have common sense we walked away from our table and sat at the bar. While it definitely was not the romantic night we wanted at least we were served and treated as if we mattered. Bartender was great.

Food, and ambience were great. However, we were charged $4 per entry above the menu price. Server consulted with manager and they agreed to rebill at the correct price, but neither server nor mgr apologized or explained how the error occurred. Sloppy and unprofessional,
