   This was a special night out for our 16 year old granddaughter to experience an upscale seafood dining experience. She was totally amazed by each part of the experience. Something she won't do every day for sure, but her first time ever in such a venue. It was totally amazing and I was not disappointed in being able to provide this experience for her. This was an evening that create many special memories for her to remember as her "first grown up type special dining experience "

   The food was great as always but the service, for whatever reason, was very slow. We were there for over 2 hours. We also heard a manager apologizing to people at the table behind us because of the lack of service.

   Food was delicious. Service was stellar. Our server Alex was amazing. He was very personable and professional. It was a delight to sit at his table. The food ambiance and company was great what made my 50th bday celebration perfect was Alex’s customer service and cheerful energy and attitude- come for the food stay for the service

   I had the surf & turf with scallops. The steak was so tender and flavorful, and the scallops were delicious. Steven was a fantastic server. He presented all the information we could have needed up front. He was by far the most knowledgeable server we've had at Devon and was very attentive. The candle in the cheesecake for my birthday was a nice touch.

   We had a lovely meal at Devon. The food was delicious. Quan was our server. He provided excellent service. His knowledge of the menu and attention to detail was fantastic.

   We used to love going to Devon, it actually was a favorite restaurant of ours... However, poor service and mediocre food (for a higher priced restaurant) has caused me to lose interest in making the 30+ minute drive to Hershey to dine here. My past three experiences here have been a letdown with the last visit being a 45 minute wait for food at 8pm with my wife and young daughter when they weren't even that busy. I had to ask a Manager who was standing around to check on our food and suddenly a few minutes later our waiter brought it out, obviously it was sitting in the kitchen and no one brought it out. Our waiter was very friendly and did do a good job for the most part but he had tables at different corners of the restaurant make him less attentive to his tables, and most likely why we were left out of sigh and out mind. The visit prior to Devon was atrocious and was embarrassing as I made the reservation for my work team (for a large Hershey company) who was in town and didn't know where to go for a really nice dinner. I recommended Devon, made the reservations only for us to wait 1.5 hours (from ordering) for our food!!! It is very apparent that Devon is not what it used to be, which is sad and probably why it was not very packed at the bar tables on a Friday night. It seems to me that management is the issue, but I also think the wait staff isn't as high caliber as it used to be. It's very unfortunate because as I previously stated, we used to love to visit Devon, but IMO a closer and cheaper chain seafood restaurant has outperformed Devon the past few years!

   We have been to Devon’s numerous times but this time was disappointing to say the least. The food was good but not great for the price. And we were extremely disappointed in the host and hostesses at the front desk. We made reservations a week in advance, got there five minutes before our reservation time and waited 20 minutes to be seated. Not one of the three staff members who were seating people said a word to us while we waited. They actually seemed annoyed. We won’t be returning.
