Great service and an excellent meal. Very attentive wait staff.
We tend to eat there when we are seeing a show across the street from the Pantages Theater. If it wasn't so good, we wouldn't go back, even for the convenience of location. My favorites are the Diver Scallops dinner and the Brussel Sprout side dish. My girlfriend had the Salmon and my husband had the chicken and they both loved them. Oh, the humus appetizer is delicious as well.
From cocktails thru dessert, a really excellent casual dining experience!
The food for brunch was delicious, but the service left a lot to be desired. Had to flag down staff to get salt and pepper and the sugar requested for coffee never arrived. After taking our order we didn’t see our waiter until the bill was dropped off.
Slightly over priced. Salmon was $30 and farm raised???
Good food, service. Convenient location for Pantages Theatre.
a little too pricey for lunch -- our bill for two (no booze) was over $70...but good quality
A great overall dining experience at Delphine for VD2020. Service from friendly waiter Zach was outstanding! Although portions were small, the meal was high quality, especially when you consider that many restaurants cut corners on VD. Oysters, salmon shooters to start the meal; choice of lobster tail or filet mignon for the main course.
Gross this place should not be in business, stay clear
Server Adam was awesome! Made my birthday really special!
Great place for a nice dinner especially before seeing a show at the Pantages Theater! Love the W Hotel!
We chose Delphine because it was right across the street from the Pantages Theater where we were seeing the performance of Frozen. So glad we did. Everything was great - from our waiter to our entree and of course dessert. What a wonderful experience. I have already recommended Delphine to my coworkers.
Wonderful restaurant - very attentive servers - Eian was the best.
Christian our server was amazing. We would dine here again.
I have to say that I was very disappointed that I tried to change the time of my reservation but could not, only to find that the restaurant was empty. The food was excellent, while the menu did not say the Salmon was wild the waiter did, not sure to trust them or not, but the flavor and cooking was perfection. The service needed a bit more work. I also was not happy to find that the tip had been added to the bill at 17%, I give 20% but to be told what the tip would be was something I did not like and there was only two of us for dinner.
Great venue for a good meal before the show. Very kid friendly and our waiter Ian was very attentive and very pleasant. The menu is somewhat limited and the food good but not great. The ceviche was good put the tortilla chips were straight out of the bag and stale. The hamburger meat was very good but the brioche bun was a challenge and the fries limp and tasteless. The drinks were delicious. The service was quick but a little too quick (I know … we had a show to catch so better fast than slow) and the table soon became overwhelmed with dishes. That said, it's the best choice around, the food is good and the service is excellent. We have tried other places in the area but always find Delphine is best in class.
The only reason to go to Delphine is the proximity to the Pantages.
The menu has gotten stale. Even with the restaurant half empty the service was uninterested in doing more than the basics and was slow. Very disappointing.
My boyfriend and I went there on a Monday night, so it was pretty empty. Waiter was nice, ambiance was good, but the food was not great. We ordered the ceviche, truffle fries, and the chicken entree. The fries and ceviche were great, but the chicken was completely terrible. It was bone-in chicken (so there’s less meat then what it seems), COMPLETELY dry, and absolutely flavorless. I’ve had better chicken from Ralph’s, and there I can buy an entire chicken for way cheaper than what Delphine charges. With only 6 options on the entree menu, that’s pretty disappointing. Overall I wouldn’t recommend this place.
Menu was ok. Food was uninspired. This used to be a great place to come before going to Pantages. Not any more.
Quick service when going to the Pantages!
We always go to Delphine's when we're seeing a play across the street at the Pantages. I wish they would add more items to their entrees and vary their menu more often. We noticed there were only a few items on their dessert list. I enjoyed their Scallops entree and we split the delicious Caesar salad.
Wonderful food, staff and ambiance! We love it here and we live quite a distance! 🎉🎉
We were there for an early dinner with several tables that included small girls in costumes presumably going across the street to see Frozen at the Pantages. Parents were letting them run wild. Atmosphere was better after they left
Our service for was excellent! Food was served quickly and was delicious. Ambience is nice and they always get us out on time before the Pantages shows. Only reservation not to go there as often as we’d like is it’s definitely pricey.
Group of 5 Arrived 6:30pm before 8:00pm theater performance. Over half of the tables were empty upon arrival and group of 4 who sat down after us received entrees long before us. Waiter had acknowledged we were attending the show. Received entrees 1 hour after seating. It felt like we ate really fast to get out. We made show with 5 minutes to spare, but did not feel comfortable having to rush the meal.
It was a great place to go before our show at the Pantages.. kids meal was available and service was great. When my grand daughter misplaced her necklace they found it after the show we picked it up.
Very good 4 course meal for New Year’s Eve. I was pleasantly surprised given the mixed reviews I readS I live in NYC and I am pretty spoiled with the restaurant choices. The two starters, seared spicy salmon and grilled octopus with grits, were out of this world. The main course was short ribs was also amazing.
Delicious food, had octopus with grits, short rib and a chocolate mousse dessert. Would definitely recommend for a solid meal.
Service was friendly and timely. Menu has changed so much that it is not appealing anymore. I guess we are not the only ones who feel that way, the place was not as crowded as it has been in the past. This place is convenient when attending theater across the street and that is the only reason we visit. Can't promise we will be back next time we are in the area.
Service and food was top quality- organic and sustainable selections. It was surprisingly empty after our show at the Pantages.
The Sangria was delicious, the Cobb salad was average and the service was poor.
I expected a more elevated experience from a restaurant in the W....it was just okay. We were there pre-theatre, and the service was indifferent, at best - our waiter seemed miffed that we didn't want cocktails at 11:30am in the morning with our teenage daughters.
This is the perfect place for a meal before or after going to theatre at The Pantages. They really understand how to tailor the service to accommodate getting to the show, and the menu has something for everyone. It's too bad management had the hotel staff clean the nearest restrooms at the most inopportune time... but other than that, everything was just right for a pre-theatre reunion with some old friends.
Alot of children that day and was quite a rucus but we enjoyed ourselves anyway
Frozen 2019 Musical
Unbeknownst to us, We were charges a 17%service charge and, when we added another 23% tip, no one brought it to our attention. Highway robbery! We suspect that there are many other similar victims, so we intend to bring it to someone’s attention. We’ll never be back, and will broadcast our experience as far, wide and loudly as possible!
Not what we expected. Don't know if the service is not that important since gratuity is already included.
Food was good. We asked for some sauce, it never came. Coffee was just the only cup we drank, no refills happened.
Wonderful evening food was great and it was a delight having Robin serve us we have really missed her
Great place to eat. Would highly recommend.
I was brought the wrong entree and the server rushed off. It was 30+minutes later that I was able to wave down the waitress to correct the order. At that point I had very little time to eat. I had to eat quickly in order to get to the Pantages in time. Paid full price- no apologizes.
