Italian Heritage prevails at The D.C.Pasta Co. Come enjoy a casual, true Italian experience. A collaboration between Dante Boccuzzi and Carmela del Busso. All the pastas are made in house in a traditional old world fashion. The Italian wine list features 30 wines under 30 dollars. The diner is able to choose between two different sizes on our pasta menu. This is affordable Italian dining we all have been waiting for.

We had the frutti de mare appetizer which was delicious with the red pepper couli. We liked that you can choose two different size pasta dishes and meatball selections. The reason you are dining here is for the pasta and meatballs. Otherwise, there are limited other offerings on the menu. The wait staff was courteous and knowledgeable. We were happy that they were able to accommodate us with a request for broccoli rappini. Would like to see a more extensive wine list.

I enjoyed my dinner with a frined. God food, excellent wine and I loved the waiter. Everyone was very friendly. Will go back again

We were underwhelmed- the service was very good, although why the wait staff asks "what would WE like? " each time seems patronizing and annoying. Second person plural pronouns training is needed. The bread was served with a bland spread of some sort, and the salad was average- no stand out flavors . The pastas were nice, but sauce was lacking that flavor and intensity . I wanted to like this place- but there are so many other places, we probably will not return.

The service is fantastic. If it is your first time there, they will explain the menu to you. Appetizers or salads are a great way to start off your dining experience. The Pasta Entrees let you order in two different sizes. There is usually a special. The wine list covers all the options. Dessert is a must. What's a few more calories when you have all these scrumptious choices? If you want exceptional food, this is the place to go. Reservations are always a good idea on busy weekend nights, but walk-ins are easily taken care of.

The menu was authentic Italian. Our table shared 3 entrees and 2 appetizers, everything was excellent and the service was very good. I will return the next time I am in the Cleveland area!

We've loved DC Pasta from the start! Anything with Dante's touch is guaranteed to be fabulous. I like that they offer their entrees in half and full portion. Their pasta is fresh and delicious. DC Pasta the only authentic Italian restaurant in Strongsville!

We chose DC Pasta for their Strongsville location central to our two families driving from Medina and Chagrin. The food was excellent. The fried ravioli was a standout, the pastas were really outstanding. We very much enjoyed the Italian Sauvignon Blanc (should have written it down but it was a series of 4 digits). Our server was excellent. Not intrusive but very present when needed. We all agreed we would highly recommend DC Pasta and would definitely go again in the future.
