The food was good, but not outstanding.
The waitstaff is a bit behind the times, always addressing me as "Love".
As seniors, the management was helpful in taking care of the parking problem. Unlike most of Orlando, this place has a 'big city' feel, with very professional staff. While not cozy, food was a dream come true. The big-city atmosphere came with a big-city price. But that should not be a surprise.
Really comfortable chairs, good food, excellent cocktails.
Would go again.
Leon was our server. Great personality and very attentive, which went a long way in making a casual dinner enjoyable!
Menu has changed from what’s in app.
Meeting up with a friend to catch up. Great atmosphere. Service and food were terrific
Overpriced food but it is in a hotel, so you expect that. A tip was added, we were a group of 10, and it was not made clear to us that would happen. That's fine, as you expect that with a large group, but it would have been polite for the server to remind us or tell us that. It took a long time for the food to arrive. And when it did, the two people serving the food did not know who got what and the server was not there to direct them. Not a good impression. Overall, it was ok if you are stuck in the hotel but expect to pay hotel prices.
Great little casual spot. Good service. Great food. Interesting and creative cocktail menu.
Mcennze, our server was very helpful, friendly and attentive.
Having dinner in a non formal business company worked well. Service was on a proper level and food was also good. Served the need we ahd properly.
Disinterested wait staff, poor setting of the table, and little service offered.
Katie was amazing!! She made our experience so enjoyable!
fun with friends. great hotel restaurant. fun bar. kid friendly. henry the waiter was fab
Very slow service
We had late reservations after the closing of the convention and were seated promptly. The waitress seemed overrun so we were very happy that the manager stepped in to take our drink order then ended up taking our meal order. This is great management. The tomato bisque was probably the best we’ve ever had. I had the chopped salad which was fresh and crisp although it didn’t have a protein on it. The Chicken Provençal was delicious and cooked perfectly. We will be back next year to enjoy a meal here again!
Great service and good food! Would do it again! Thank you!
Food was good. Service was spotty and the server was not very attentive.
Great service, kitchen open late.
Service was a bit slow in the beginning but they picked up the pace a bit into the meal. Food was good but not phenomenal.
Nice restaurant, reasonably priced. Waited a while for food and then it was cold when it came. To their credit, they did fix it for us and we were satisfied at the end.
It was VERY noisy!!!
We used opentable to book our reservation for this restaurant. Being that it was in a hotel, we made sure they had complimentary parking before going. The opentable app said the restaurant had complimentary valet or self parking. The valet person who greeted us when we asked where we could park said the restaurant did not provide complimentary parking “but would give us a discount gratuity fee of $15” instead. That was inaccurate and the restaurant WILL refund you if you self park, not valet park. All in all, the restaurant worked with us to get our money back so the only reason I’m giving them 4 instead of 5 is because if they’re crooked valet service.
On vacation staying at the hotel. Convenient after a long drive today. Food was good but nothing really special. Overpriced for certain. One hamburger, one sandwich and one beer, $55.
This is a restaurant in an Orlando resort area hotel. So lots of families with kids, thus the kid friendly rating. Not the best place for a business dinner. My steak was overcooked and the service, while polite, was slow. The restaurant was not full so service should have been more timely.
I always come here for New Year eve and Super bowl. Amazing place, service is great.
The food was good but, unfortunately, we barely had time to eat it. Arrived at 5pm and let the server know we needed to be finished by 6:30 to attend an event. Ordered mains at 5:20. No food had arrived by 6:10. I noticed the neighboring tables were having similar issues. Finally got up and walked over to the wait stand to get the attention of our server. She was very apologetic and then she and the dining room manager went around to all the affected tables apologizing. Shortly thereafter our food came out and the server promptly brought the check as I had requested. We were given a discount on the food as well. The server indicated there was a problem in the kitchen. Clearly. I appreciated the quick response once I brought the issue to her attention and I appreciated the discount but the reality is we had 10 minutes to bolt down a dinner we had set aside 90 minutes for and no one did anything about whatever the issue in the kitchen was -- or even noticed -- until I literally had to get up to go to our server to request, well, service. I spent a few years in the restaurant business and am well aware that a kitchen can have a bad night or that something could be going on behind the scenes that the customer is unaware of but it is the server's job to at the very least communicate with their customers -- particularly customers that have shared a time constraints.
The server was very nice. Grilled cheese was quite tasty and the salads were good too.
The server Leon was extremely friendly and welcoming. Food was good too.
The food was a very poor, inconsistent experience.
My food came out cold (it was supposed to be hot - chicken in a bourbon glaze sauce with corn and beans) and then when they brought it back hot it was a different dish (chicken on a bowl filled with corn) that tasted nothing like the first one. Tasted very bland and who eats chicken on a bed of corn? My daughter’s meal of chicken wings had a very salty and aggressive rub on them. Not tasty. Overpowered everything.
Our server was awesome though. Super friendly, super efficient and really nice!
Place was packed. So noisy you could not hear your table mate. Service was slow, probably due to the amount of guests. But the server was nice at least. Hamburger was extremely good. They need to find a way to Reduce some of the sound. It was uncomfortable.
Food was excellent. Service was slow. We waited 30 min on table before they acknowledged us. Value was good for food. They serve a lot of food and it was delicious.
This is my 4 year coming to this restaurant for New Year eve and we always have fun, the food it was amazing and great staff.
The service is great and the grouper was fantastic.
No one greeted us at the door until we stood for 8 minutes. We were seated without menus. No high chairs were available. Server tried to compensate, but we were very disappointed with the experience. It was our second visit here, & the first visit wasn’t much better. They need to up their game!!
It’s an interesting spot - parking is a killer. Our waiter was very nice and validated our parking tickets.
We had a great meal, and exceptional service, at this restaurant.
Good food, sportsbar character...
Went for my partner's birthday while on vacation. Food was delicious and atmosphere lively. Made a nice change from the chain restaurants.
Awesome grilled cheese and bisque. Cobb salad was huge with super fresh ingredients.
Good bar selections and service. Probably a poor selection on my part for a dinner with 6 friends. We enjoyed good appetizers but declined to stay for dinner as the menu was more appropriate for the sports bar setting. I would go back, but only for drinks and appetizers.
