   The food was unique and tasty. It was moderately priced and had a nice variety. The wine selection was also very good. We had a late meal which crossed into late entertainment in which a band came in and played music that had little to do with the type of restaurant we were in, and the crowd changed dramatically. It became loud and we could no longer have a conversation with our dear friends on a special birthday celebration.

   Second time eating here. Went on NYE for prix fixe dinner with another couple. Able to answer gluten-free questions. Food was delicious, felt like comfort food but delicately and carefully prepared. Wine pairings were well-chosen. Bread pudding was a little runny but tasty. Only downside was that the server seemed like he had other plans for NYE.

   The food was great. Service was a bit spotty, but I believe that's because of a groupon that had this place quite busy.

   I was surprised that the cocktail/drinks list had disappeared from the restaurant's tables. The food was good.

   This is a very good Indian restaurant. My wife and I have gone several times and have always had a wonderful experience. It's definitely a neighborhood kind of place, a little off the beaten path, but with a great vibe and really good food. Definitely worth your while to seek this out...a really good restaurant that no one knows about.

   Both times I have been to Dancing Ganesha I have experienced inattentive, rude waitstaff who seem more interested in gossiping amongst themselves than serving guests. The first time I went I left without even being seated because my request to look at their menu was met with rudeness and a five minute wait. I gave them another chance the other day. It was near closing time but there were still several tables and we were seated without comment or smile. We waited a long time before our waiter came over to even bring us water. In the meantime I saw him walking around, glancing over at our table but not acknowledging us. When we finally got the food it was good but not worth the awful service. I will never go back.

    I made a reservation for a Tuesday night at 6:30pm through Open Table. When we arrived at 6:15pm, the host was getting ready to seat us when a server came rushing over and said "we can't seat them there. We have have a 7 top coming!" The the server then looked at me and said very sternly, "And it's only 6:15pm." He was implying that since we were early (instead of late as most) we were an inconvenience to them! Once we got our appetizers, the server spilled our tamerind sauce all over the table. Instead of immediately bringing us a new batch, she decided to run food for two other tables! Once we got our food, the dinner plates came much later- 6 minutes in fact. And they brought us lamb vindaloo instead of rogan josh! Never will return.
