Located in charming Boerne, Texas, the Cypress Grille is a culinary destination. Owner/Chef Paul Thompson is a graduate from Le Cordon Bleu Austin, along side Executive Chef Kevin Babbitt. The entire team of the Cypress Grille welcomes you to come in and enjoy your favorite California wine from our large wine collection while dining in style in our large bar area or at a comfy table in the dining room. Wherever you choose your experience, it is our goal to make it memorable. Our specialty is culinary deliciousness! We look forward to serving you!

Waited 45 min for main course (the waitress advised that the ticket time exceeded 45 min), and a pork chop entree was so overcooked as to be inedible (ordered Medium). We’ll give it another chance, but be wary if you choose to go.

                                                                                                                    I received three confirmations of our pending reservation for our anniversary dinner party. The facility closed early due a power outage but did not alert us. Thus, after caravaning to Boerne and finding the restaurant closed, we had to find other accommodations at such a late hour. Very unhappy.

The food taste and quality has gone down with the reduction of menu items. Don’t order a steak here. Pork shank or burger are ok but everything is expensive.
