   Outstanding views with food and service to match. Get a table along the water facing windows, and try the jambalaya. You won’t regret it. Sadly we live on the other side of the country or we’d be here on a weekly basis to try everything on the menu. If, like us, you’re just passing through town, don’t pass up Cutters Crabhouse.

   Service was excellent and the food was also very good. What our table didn’t appreciate was the large party brought in towards our table to their seats. The guests were allowed to surround our table where they talked loudly across it for about two minutes. It would have helped if they had been advised to quietly follow the host to their tables.

   Very poor overall experience took forever to get food, they forgot our bread, removed all the individual plates even though we ordered crab legs for the table, we had to ask for a cracker and small forks for the crab legs, clam chowder was cold, they forgot to submit one of my daughters orders, didn't comp anything for their screw ups, and gave us the wrong desert order to go as we had to leave due to it taking hours to get food. Overall terrible service experience but meals were good once received. Would recommend avoiding if you value your time or service.

   We had a wonderful Mother’s Day lunch here! The food was spectacular, the views were unbeatable, and our server Caitlyn was an absolute delight!

   Food not cooked as expected. It took longer than 30 min for dessert. They apologize but the experience was frustrating

   It was very busy, we checking in at 1245 pm and did not get our food promptly, we left at 3:15 pm. It was Mothers day, and they had plenty of staff, just some of the menu items take awhile to prepare. I love this restaurant so much and will be again Thank you to Caitlyn our server, she was wonderful.

    The hostess was the sweetest person! She made us feel very welcome and got us a table by the window. Our server, not so much. I let him know that I can’t have gluten, yet he failed to let me know that at mixed veggies were mixed with the couscous. He also told us the wrong vegetables that were being served with the couscous. Part of our party ordered King Crab legs and one of the legs came to the table empty. The server took it back and brought out a new fresh one. But with no apology or anything. He never came back to refill my mom’s soda or ask how the meal was until 10 minutes after we were done eating. Which is when we let him know the Crab was cold and over cooked. (The new leg he brought was great) Our snow crab was delicious and I let him know that. But again, no apology for the King Crab. Maybe he was having a bad day, but we won’t go there again.
