Our server Erik was fantastic. Knowledgable, personable, and attentive. Food came out quickly and tasted great. Cocktails were amazing as always. Will return!
Great service and food. Out of town guests really enjoyed.
Great service but the crab cakes were the worst ever!-mushy,little crabmeat and too much mayo and filler!! Our server could not have been nicer— took my meal off the check; offered me another ; and the manager came over to speak with us and gave us a card for a free appetizer. We couldn’t have asked for more. The problem is that a restaurant supposedly specializing in seafood should serve edible crab cakes.
This place was a dud. Open kitchen makes for lots of noise....eat in the bar area if you wish peace and quiet. White wine was not pre-chilled (weird) and took over an hour in ice bucket to reach a drinkable temperature. Entres (stuffed prawns and cipoinno) came out over cooked and luke warm. Server re-ordered as a means of allowing time for wine to chill, but didn't help much....second reiteration was as over cooked and tasteless as the 1st time around. Took for ever....table (for 2) next to us turned over 3 times while we were there. Just not well managed, organized or service oriented.....save your money and time and go elsewhere....life's too short for this.
Food was good .The staff should of had more help
I had pan fried oysters. There was so much breading by itself, I couldn't tell what was just breading and what included some oyster. Not good. The Wedge salad was very good.
Excellent food and service. Almost every seat has a great view of harbor.
Always love coming here. The Dungeness crab cocktail is a big favorite.
Cutters service is friendly and accommodating. Visiting family love the view and the experience.
My companion had the market salad with grilled chicken breast, which was dry and tough. She liked the salad and the fruit. I had the special steelhead served with heirloom tomatoes and pesto. The fish was delicious but a little undercooked for my taste.
It’s still a good place to go, but a bit worn around the edges in the bathroom, with fading dahlias next to the entry.
I really enjoyed the crab frittata and the fantastic view.
So crazy buses and understaffed.
Waiter did not take our order for 20 minutes. Order was wrong when it arrived. Waiter had a disagreement with the bartender which delayed our drink ordered.
Love Cutters, best clam chowder ever and service and ambiance are right on. Would recommend this to all my friends.
My wife enjoyed the Dungeness crab. Wagyu sirloin was cooked just right. Chef special dessert was awesome.
Service and food was superb!
The food is good but the amount of food isn't really worth the cost, at least with regard to what I had. I ordered a mixed greens (and other ingredients) salad to which I added crab. The cost for the additional crab was seven dollars, but the amount of crab was probably about 1/2 cup. Very disappointing.
Amazing Dinner! We went for our anniversary and Cutters was wonderful. Great food, great service, nice ambiance. Perfect place for dinner whether you are celebrating or not!
The seafood was amazing and fresh. Totally worth going and enjoyed myself
This is the second time that we've dined at Cutter's Crabhouse. Good food and it's a quiet place where you can have a real conversation.
Great food and service!
Kitchen is very noisy
The best seevice
Very nice water view, good variety of menu items..price typical of seafood restaurants in Seattle
Enjoyable evening, engaging wait person and great meal. Halibut and salmon, oh my and presentation amazing. Table at window offered view and quiet conversation.
Best meal we had in Seattle! The three crab dinner was extra tender. Wait staff perfect!
Expected it to be busy but it wasn’t. No bread until we asked. Table was cramped.
Cutters is consistent with food quality and location. Our server was new, however the service was good and his trainer was outstanding and was providing excellent coaching! Delightful evening.
fabulous food and service. I've been here numerous times and have never been disappointed.
Undercooked crab at a crab house. Enough said.
Our server, Leah, was fantastic! The food was excellent and so was the view!
We went here with friends for our anniversary dinner. All in all it was a decent experience but we felt the food for the price we paid lacked in flavor especially the fresh Dungeness Crab my wife had. The happy hour before our regular seating was decent. Would go back for happy hour but maybe elsewhere for a main dinner
This was absolutely fantastic. The oysters were fresh and delicious. You must order the kale/caesar salad as it come with a fried poached egg that makes the salad phenomenal. The crab cakes were spot on. The fresh fish was cooked perfectly: moist, yet flaky.
My only regret was being in a situation where we couldn't order more food (on our way to a concert) because the woman in the table next to me was eating the crab legs like she hadn't eaten in weeks. I bet they were the best crab legs she has ever eaten.
Very good experience overall. Seattle restaurants need to figure out all the BS around their "service charges". Just confusing to the client
Haven’t been to this restaurant for a while since I live on the east coast and haven’t been there since I stopped working in Seattle. It was as good as I remembered. The sushi was great and my wife’s open face crab sandwich was way too much for her to eat. We had to take it with us. Overall, a great experience. I would definitely come back again.
Excellent food and service was good, if a bit too much information without asking if we wanted it.
Don’t read the entire menu and tell me what other people liked.
Unfortunately, the view was of homeless people, but you can’t control that.
Our waiter was excellent he was very attentive. He made our dining experience worthwhile. Our whole party enjoyed the food.
Crab cakes and cod fish & chips were excellent. Calamari appetizer is excellent too. Great views of the bay.
If you are in a hurry to eat some sea food this is the right place, poor service and food was not impressive at all.
Super view it has never disappointed us in the thirty or so years that we have dined there when in Seattle
The view at sunset is amazing especially now that the viaduct has been removed well worth requesting a window seat
Always attentive service
Beautiful location, but probably the worst king crab I have ever had. It was dry and over cooked. I sent it back but received a similarly cooked replacement. The shells were so hard you could barely crack them. They did not even pre crack at all in the kitchen. In all fairness the salad and bread were very nice. I would have felt totally bad had they not comped my crab (as I believe was the appropriate action).
