The agnolotti special was outstanding and the lasagna remains a great meal. Add good service and friendly competent team and you have a great dinner.
Wonderful staff! Arrived for dinner to celebrate my husband’s birthday, and there was a card signed by the whole team & a gift of fresh pasta on the table to greet us. Delicious happy hour wine and cocktails, and our favorite eats were the burrata appetizer, gluten free rigatoni, and chocolate budino. Thanks for a wonderful evening, Cuoco!
Thank you for telling us about your recent experience at Cuoco! We are happy to hear you enjoyed everything and are looking forward to seeing you next time!
Been there many times. Perfect food and service as always
Everything about our dinner was so great. The wine, the food, the service and the company.
Dear Sarah, thank you for telling us about your recent experience at Cuoco. We are happy to hear you enjoyed everything and we're looking forward to seeing you next time!
Perfect atmosphere for an intimate meal.
Food was great-fun place for birthday celebration.
It was wonderful!
We enjoyed our dinners in Cuoco's comfortable setting, although the ragu was a bit overdone. On the other-hand, here was a brief but judicious selection of wines, and the service was attentive.
The service was amazing. It was my wife and I's anniversary and we received lots of free food and extra services, the best and most special thing was a hand written letter from the entire staff saying happy anniversary. Our food was not great though. For $23 a plate, I expected a lot more. We both agreed we could have made better pasta dishes at home lol
We had a good table but the restaurant and couple next to us was pretty loud! Enjoyed the food but not a huge menu. Good, not great.
FooD was too bland
Perfunctory service, four in our party ordered pasta and were disappointed due to it gummy texture. My meat was piled on the plate and was toothsome. Bummer, it used to be terrific. We're not going back.
We had a very good dinner but I felt for the money the food was not really inspired. Ou wait staff was wonderful. Overall a good dinner and time but not exceptional food
Service was slow. Had to wait for drinks and then ask for bread service 15 min after we ordered it
Lasagna portion was large but flavor profile was ok
the lasagna is f*g amazing! hard to beat REAL italian cooking and yet it's been done! amazing!
Thanks so much for the kind words!
Subpar food, disappointing for what it was built out to be.
We had out of town guests and everyone loved it!
Thanks so much Meagan! I'm so glad you had a great meal!
Service was awful, restaurant was super loud, food was ok
Way overpriced for the quality. Dinner for 4 with 2 alcohol beverages and 1 dessert was
$184. My dish was pork cheeks with polenta. The cheeks were slimy, with a heavy "gravy"
the polenta tasted stale and old.
Main complaint is the menu could have used a few more non-pasta items like fish.
Food and service were below average.
Excellent service with wonderful novel ice read and generally very good entres and healthy options. Entre choices are limited and a little on the small size but usually with an appetizer (meatballs are the bomb!) And or salad you'll leave full and happy.
I ordered a pork dish and the meat tasted spoiled.
The food is very over priced for what it is, aswell as the location. While my server was excellent, the price was not reflective of the quality of food.
New Yrs Eve dinner a la carte for 4. Everything was delicious and well presented. Antipasti: crispy octopus with blistered cannelli beans, burrata, chopped salad, meatballs. Mains: cappelleti, linguine del mare, rigatoni, ossobuca (mouth-watering). Two desserts, tasty.
Food was good but not the best I have seen compared to other Tom Douglas restaurants, thus four star instead of 5. Still excellent however.
Took my team (4 of us total) out for a lunch right before Christmas and we had a great time!
Food was average . Was expecting more for prices and chef reputation. Loved the service and ambiance. But food disappointing
Lamb was great. Agnolotti left a lot to be desired. They were tiny. We come here often and is very a nice venue.
Nice hipster vibe in a Boehieum part of town. Great service.
The food and the restaurant were wonderful, however unfortunately our server seemed put out by the fact that we did not order alcohol, and alternated between trying to rush us (and turn the table) and then ignoring us. Its unfortunate because its otherwise a nice restasurant.
The food was amazing and the waitstaff was knowledgeable about Gluten Free.
Only 4 stars because the portions were very tiny. I do not like those places with over sized servings, but could have used a bit more here. All in all I would recommend to a friend.
We had a large group of 16 people at two different tables. My meal with the rigatoni was absolutely great and those who chose the butternut squash pasta were equally as happy. The downfall was the linguini with clams. They all came out al dente but every plate was to be generous, luke warm. The ambience was great and the server very nice.
We went here for my girlfriends birthday and I had the option of conveying it was her birthday when I made the reservation. The reservation was at 7:30, but due to timing, we got there about 15 minutes early - this was no issue as we were sat within 5 minutes, and to our surprise, the host had given my girlfriend a hand-signed card from the staff working that night as well as a generous baggie of their homemade rigatoni pasta that we could make ourselves! The waitress was very helpful as well and our glasses were always full and the food was fast even though there were quite a few parties there. I had the lasagna (which may be the best lasagna I have ever had) and my girlfriend had the cheese-filled tortellini (blanking on the name - it was much fancier than that). I would recommend this restaurant to anyone celebrating a special occasion, or just looking for a great spot with even better Italian food.
Every time we visit Cuoco, we feel like we are treated like VIP’s. The service was outstanding, the wine list outstanding, and the food was delicious, as always. Thanks for a memorable evening!
Wonderful food, service, ambiance, but the portions were so embarrassingly small! I guess that's just the way it is these days?
Included gratuity so servers don’t have to work for their tip. Food is mediocre. Dessert is good.
We had a fabulous family gathering to celebrate several birthdays - everything about the evening was delicious and so special, from appetizers to dessert. Highly recommend this place for special occasions or just a great happy hour.
Loved everything, as usual
