The historic Hotel Chelsea introduces Teruko, a refined Japanese restaurant with a thoughtfully curated sushi bar situated on the hotel's subterranean level. Operated by Sunday Hospitality and partner Charles Seich, the kitchen is helmed by Executive Chef Tadashi Ono, formerly of Matsuri at The Maritime Hotel, who focuses on traditional ingredients to create each dish.
