Best Wineries in Malden

Casual, even funky style and ambience, as fits the East Cambridge neighborhood. Friendly staff. No pretensions as a place (so nice) but has outstanding food. The whipped goat cheese with jam is a phenomenal appetizer. The gnocchi with pea puree and shoots was exquisite. No rush at the table. We will be back, and often. Negatives: The bench for our table was a bit hard, a bigger cushion would have helped. The cocktails could have been more distinctive and precise. (Wine not evaluated).

Had a lovely dinner! We started with the spritz of the day, which was delicious, followed by a charcuterie board and steak frites—both were fantastic. We finished with crème brûlée and espresso martinis. They also had an $8 espresso martini special from 8 PM to close, which was a great deal. Would love to come back and try the prix fixe menu with the wine pairing next time.

It was a truly wonderful experience and great alternative to hyper expensive afternoon tea options without stripping any of the niceties.
