Best Wineries in Gibbsboro

We’ve been to a lot of good restaurants from Iron Chef over the years and this one is one of the best values and most fun, we will keep coming back

I always have a wonderful meal. The service is amazing, the food is always delicious and we feel so welcomed when we enter the restaurant. A lovely greeting from the front desk is so important. It sets the mood for the rest of the visit.

Our server Tyler was very nice and very attentive. He made sure drinks were always filled and that all our needs were met. The food was delicious and steaks were cooked as desired. My husband got the halibut which was good but a bit dry ( no sauce).

I had a truly outstanding and memorable meal at Fork. The evening exceeded my expectations. My server, whose name I unfortunately did not catch, was extremely knowledgeable about the menu and preparations and origins of ingredients as well as being very personable and attentive. The menu is not especially large but each item is so creatively and carefully thought out and so beautifully crafted that it’s really quite difficult to make a choice. The bluefish rillettes would have been excellent  even without the salmon skin chips served with it but together they became something special and very unusual, showcasing the best of bluefish. I won’t get into a big description of the lamb chop presentation but again, it was unusual and outstanding.  finally, if the pretzel cannoli is on the menu, order it. It is in no way like either a pretzel or a cannoli, involves no ricotta and no deep fried shell, and is again such a beautifully balanced and creative dish with its hint of rhubarb coulis, caramelized sugar shell, and lovely not too dark chocolate mousse plus a savory touch of pretzel crumbs that I will be thinking about it for a long time.
