We love Cognocenti, our local restaurant, and we especially enjoy their special dinners with a set menu. The service was as always, perfect. The food was excellent especially the cheese souffle, it was memorable! The wine matching was also just right. I do have a couple of comments: the green salad was lovely and fresh except that we could not detect any of the promised shallot dressing. So I asked the waitress whether perhaps it may have been forgotten and she said No, it was there. Well, it didn't taste like it had any dressing nor were there any visible bits. And she just walked away and that was it. I thought that maybe she may have taken it away or maybe even checked with the chef, however, nothing further was said or done. The green leaves were therefore a bit tasteless and missing "something". The profiterole dessert was fabulous but I could have done with one half the size (though my husband thought it was a good size!). Overall, a great experience once again.

Excellent food and service. Not our first time to dine there but we were quickly reminded why we were back and we were very impressed once again.

I have been in the winery's restaurant before the covid. It was so nice back then. With the great and beautiful natural environment, I really look forward to the reopening of the restaurant! Good luck team!
