Service is attentive and lots of choice on the menus for drinks and food. Food is exceptional, prepared fresh so it might take a while longer but it's worth the wait. Chef is amazing. Seating is on both sides of the bar, so it is easy to sit opposite one's partner, or as a group. The market is extremely busy and buzzy, so noise level is quite high. A good selection of plates, and wines. On Tuesday there are three plates for £20, which is ample per person.
