1st time visiting Hawksmoor, Borough Market, found the whole experience very pleasant, from the smile at reception to the food and service, the atmosphere was very relaxed. Would definitely return. It is probably not the most reasonable priced food but sometimes you get what you pay for and this was the best cooked steak I have had in a long time.

We went to the Winemakers dinner in April, which introduced the new spring menu and matched it with some delicious wines. David and his team provided excellent service, and with Josh on the bar and Gary in the kitchen we had a wonderful experience. We can't wait to go back and try other items from the new menus.

Overall is good, the waiter is nice and friendly. We had requested to change a table with a better light, they accepted and changed. The price is not bad, but it would be great if more main meals choice.
