Best Vegetarian / Vegan Restaurants in Playa del Rey

Our reservation for 11am was opening time for the restaurant. There was no one in the restaurant when we got there and we were invited to sit anywhere we wanted. It took forever to get a menu and water, and even longer to give our food order. Eventually, we were served, but the waitress was not very attentive. Given the fact that hardly anyone in the place, server should have been better! The food was good, nicely prepared and very fresh. I like True Food, but was just very disappointed with the service this time.

Best pancakes ever! The buckwheat is so yummy and can’t believe whipped cream is vegan!

I love the personal table outdoor space that was held for me. The food was amazing and I highly appreciate the service that was provided to us. Party of 14 guest! <3

Always delicious food. Only suggestion is to have heat lamps where the heat reaches the guests. The current ones are so high up on the ceiling that the wind blows any heat away. It was chilly and took away from some of the focus on the food. Blankets were a thoughtful touch though. Kudos to the chef. So yummy. Always have those 1000 layer potatoes and Udon truffle noodles and tried the croquettes this time. All so tasty!!
