Best Traditional Spanish Restaurants in Santa Clara

Ispal was an incredible and wonderful dining experience. Highly recommend the tasting menus. I had the smaller menu and it was outstanding- exquisitely prepared and presented plates, which were more enough in terms of amount. The service was excellent.

This tapas bar was recommended and did not disappoint. We were able to watch the chef prepare the dishes and each one was amazing. We started with the Caesar salad which was unique with bits of pork and pan cooked cherry tomatoes. The dressing was amazing. We then had the Bluefin tuna tiradito, slightly seared with a soy sauce. It was fantastic. Then we had pork ribs in a homemade bbq sauce. Amazingly tender. Lastly, we had the grilled artichoke with sweet potato puree. The service was outstanding and everyone was friendly

The food was delicious. Good presentation and good taste. We were charged for bread that we didn’t get and didn’t order. Prices are reasonable.

The restaurant was very good - the bar, that is part of the hotel, not so good. The restaurant experience was a 9 out 10. We ordered 2 fish dishes that were well prepared and delightful to the palate. The entree we shared was also very good - the local ham wrapped in cheese and a surrounding crust. Dessert was very good. They have an extensive wine list. There was live music for part of the meal which was not too loud and thereby quite pleasant. The problem with the bar was they have a cocktail list that they don't know how to make - for example a very bad whisky sour and a so-so Pina colada. One of the barmen was very nice but they really need to up their game to keep with the overall ambiance of Los Rincoines del Marques.
