Yet really well-made sushi & sashimi is only a very small part of Japanese “washoku” cuisine. The best way to experience the seasonality of Japanese cuisine is with our “Journey to Japan” menu: several small courses, all of which change seasonally (!). If you are using the international / english interface of opentable, for reservation of two persons please be extra careful about making a reservation on TATAMI (japanese rice straw mats where you take off your shoes) or not, since OpenTable doesnt seem to translate those two different seating options.
