Best Sushi Restaurants in Richmond

Great location, delicious food, and friendly service!

I was very disappointed with the service that day. I had requested a birthday cake celebration for my partner, but in the end, nothing was served. It turned out that due to a mistake by one of the staff members, the cake was served to another table. What made the situation worse was that although the staff realized the mistake, no one took action to make it right. My partner felt very sad because of this.

By far one of the best restaurants in Melbourne. We rocked up on a Monday evening at 8:45pm, late to our booking 8:30pm, in which we thought the restaurant closed at 12pm but no- it closed at 9pm! So automatically I thought they would apologise and say that we had come too late or give us a time of which we had to leave but instead they catered us, looked after us and told us to take our time. Lucas, the manager and our waiter was so very accomodating. Midway through the dinner, we (me and my date) were the only ones in the restaurant. Was truly an experience I am very grateful for, and all the food was 10/10. I do recommend the ebi mayo, okonomiyaki and yakitori AND the HOT CHOCOLATE - it's one of the best I've had. No joke. 100% recommend.

Really the food was delicious. The only concern I had with it was that we clearly stated my daughter’s allergies but were served 2 dishes she couldn’t eat - that is to say she is coeliac and elements of 2 dishes had food that was made in deep fryers with gluten containing foods. I stated the allergies when booking and when ordering. The service was fast. The servers were polite, helpful and kind. The servers were apologetic and helpful in trying to rectify the problem.

Great experience for our first omakase. All the ingredients paired so well together and were so fresh. Would definitely be back for the dinner service.
