From our check in at the reception station to our departure, staff was extremely friendly and helpful. We sat at the bar to have a cocktail even though our table was ready and the host said just let them know when we’d like to be seated. After we were seated the waiter offered to have our salad split in the kitchen (which is what we wanted). The rock shrimp appetizer was just the right size snd we both ordered the petite filet. Both were prepared exactly right and the scalloped potatoes were nice and cheesy. The prices were very reasonable and we’ll make a regular visit to the Steakhouse.

Our dining experience was outstanding from start to finish. We were greeted warmly by the hosts and taken promptly to our table that was thoughtfully decorated with a “Happy Anniversary” banner. Our server, Matt, was very attentive and friendly. My salmon was perfectly grilled and my husband’s cajun ribeye was cooked to perfection. We shared a piece of decadent crème brûlée cheesecake and even that was presented with a “Happy Anniversary” decoration. All of this attention to detail really made our date night special. We will definitely be coming back!

everything was amazing. we came out to celebrate my wife and my birthdays and they made sure to really make it feel special. The server was attentive and friendly and the managers were fully present in the dining room checking on guests and came over to make sure we were having a great time. the hamachi from the chilled appetizers was fresh and prepared perfectly. My wife absolutely loved her lobster bisq. The steaks were really flavorful and in my opinion the chateau mash is a must. I was very excited to see that they had a tawny port flight, it included 10 yr, 20yr, 30yr, and 40 yr ports and it was amazing, i would highly suggest it for anyone that loves ports it is completely worth the price to try all those amazing age levels side by side.

Butcher & Singer never fails to hit the mark. The food, service and ambiance are top notch. Highly recommend if you are looking for a fine dining experience in center city.
