Populairste Sri Lankaanse restaurants in Beaconsfield

We throughly enjoyed our visit to the mova restaurant, the staff were friendly and attentive throughout. There was a great selection of food at the buffet to choose from, not only Indian and Sri Lankan, but Chinese too which we weren’t aware of until we were shown around the buffet by a friendly member of staff. The food was delicious, and you also have the option for food to be cooked in the style of your choice by their chefs! The ambience was great, the music too. Should I be staying overnight at Heathrow again, I will definitely be revisiting!

Amazing food for a reasonable price. Kadhai paneer was delicious like north indian style. Will definitely come back to try some more dished.

Excellent food and service. New to this cuisine and the waiter was very helpful in fully explaining the dishes and what would complement them.

This is a restaurant based within the grounds of Bushey Golf club and free parking after 6.30pm. I found out they also do deliveries via deliveroo and Uber eats. It's a fushion between Thai and Sri Lankan, so not your conventional Thai. They also have some English dishes currently available, in case you want to go with some friends who have less adventurous palates. So I had the satay chicken skewers to start, which were lovely, and the satay sauce, which I'm fussy about, was delicious. My friend enjoyed the thai fish cakes. For main, I had the prawn pad Thai. Not your conventional Pad Thai as I could taste a bit of lemongrass and tomato but everything was crisp and fresh and after asking them for some satay sauce to add to it, I was very happy 😊 My friend had the thai red curry which she asked for not too hot so I could try it. I usually go for green so can't compare, but my friend said it was nice. I think they probably need to reduce the menu as so much on there. They have a lovely little outside area with tables, which I'm sure will be great in summer and a back bar room for hire. My friend commented that it had a bit of a cafeteria feel and I think if they added more lighting, hid the clear display shelves by the kitchen and put plants or candles on the table, it would really help the ambiance. Worth a try as nice to support local businesses, and I think as it's new, they still have time for some improvements 🙌
