Best Sports Bars in Church-Wellesley

Didn't have food. Just cocktails and beer. Service was good but just one person working, so drinks were slower, however the employee was very very nice. If you have a team of 8-30 this place is perfect for mix of gaming, drinks and apps. Good spot for socializing. Pricing on drinks did seem high.

I had a great experience at Score on King. The food was full of bold flavors and satisfying portions. I started with both the classic and spicy Caesar cocktails — both were excellent, but the spicy version had an extra kick that I really enjoyed. The truffle fries, both spicy and non-spicy, were crispy and loaded with flavor — definitely a must-try. I also ordered the Checkmate Caesar, which came stacked with a variety of toppings. The standout was the hen — moist, well-seasoned, and surprisingly tender. The pulled pork was another highlight — juicy, flavorful, and cooked just right. The pulled pork hotdog took things to the next level; it’s indulgent and totally worth it. The only slight letdown for me was the mac and cheese. It could use a bit more seasoning to stand out among the other bold dishes. That said, the drinks were great and complemented the meal well. Overall, Score on King delivers on creative comfort food and a fun atmosphere. I’d definitely go back.
