- MMarkGreater Boston •11 reviews4.0Dined 3 days agoThe Boston Ale House was good. I went with a buddy and we sat at the bar. I had a cranberry margarita and my friend had a captain and diet and both drinks were good. For food, I got the tuna poke bowl which I really liked. My friend had the salmon and asked for it cooked medium rare but he felt it was over cooked. I’ve had the salmon before and didn’t specify the temperature and it was good with the “default” temperature. There was a football game on the many TVs, some huge, so it was a pretty lively crowd. Bartenders were good and friendly enough. It’s a big open space with large windows looking out at Center St. in West Roxbury. It’s a nice place. Overall a fun night and I would definitely recommend it.More infoThe Boston Ale HousePrice: Moderate• American• West Roxbury•4.2

- PPamelaVIPWashington, D.C. Area •59 reviews5.0Dined on Nov 23, 2024Lively spot in Southie, with multiple sports screens, good beer, and yummy bites for brunch or lunch (maybe dinner too but we were there at noontime). My southern egg and maple sausage sandwich was a vast improvement over fast-food versions. My husband loved the short rib eggs Benedict. Both dishes were reasonably sized portions. We visited on a Saturday when it was busy and were glad we made a reservation!More infoThe PlaywrightPrice: Expensive• American• South Boston•4.8
- BbrianaJackson Hole / Wyoming •2 reviews4.0Dined on Sep 24, 2024Went for top golf but food was apart of the package, even though we didn’t want to eat. The cheese sauce used on the nachos was pretty heavy and borderline gross…regular shredded melted cheese would have been so much better. The falafel sandwich and fries were all great though. The top golf malfunctioned on us but they were amazing and gave us another booth and extended our play. Unfortunately the curtains looking over the TD entrance couldn’t close enough to cut down on the glare so the screen was light and harder to see than the more internal booth. Waitstaff was extraordinary and did everything they could to help us out and make up for deficiencies!More infoTopgolf Swing Suite - Banners Kitchen and TapPrice: Expensive• American• Downtown Crossing•3.7
