Great selection of tapas, tapas were a good size for sharing. Paella seemed to come faster than the stated 40 minute ordering time, was very tasty & good size for a table of 7 to share along with the various tapas. Good sangria especially at happy hour price! Wait staff very friendly, helpful & efficient. Our group had an enjoyable time & a filling meal.

Rang’s Cocina in Las Vegas offers an extraordinary dining experience that left us in awe. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted by Benedict, who reflected the restaurant's warm and inviting ambiance. Our table of four started with the Pulpo and Gambas Chorizo appetizers, both of which were perfectly seasoned and bursting with flavor. The Aligue with garlic shrimp, Bistek, sea bass, and Binagoongang pork belly with coconut risotto were equally spectacular. Each dish was a masterpiece, with the steak and fish so tender that they practically melted in our mouths. The Binagoongang pork belly was a unique highlight, its rich flavors complemented beautifully by the creamy coconut risotto. Truly a fusion of east and west. What truly elevated our visit was the impeccable service. Benedict was attentive, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable about the menu, ensuring every aspect of our meal was seamless and enjoyable. The warm, genuine hospitality made us feel at home, and the ambiance struck the perfect balance between upscale and cozy. To top it all off, the chef personally greeted us after our meal, which made our evening feel even more special. What an experience! We had the tasting menu and each course was a feast for the eyes as well as the palate. Service was refined and Franco made the entire evening a wonderful experience.
