I really liked the Caldo Gallego, a Galician soup, and the Paella Valenciana. So yummy! Our waiter was attentive and the place was ample, well decorated and authentic. - JJudithNew York City •1 review5.0Dined on May 30, 2025Exceptional food at a very good price. Lovely setting. Comfortable seating. Good wine list. Some standouts on the menu: fried artichoke, shrimp al ajillo, shishito peppers, patatas bravas, and white pizza. We just had tapas and dessert. The creme brulée was creamy and the chocolate ganache cake was truly over the top! Thick and chocolate-y. The house manager was extremely attentive in making sure our requests were handled quickly and with charm. He even adjusted speakers for us when possible since the vibe here is lively and we were four people who actually wanted to talk to (and hear) each other. This restaurant is an amazing newcomer to the area. We are from out of town, and were looking for a place between mid-town Manhattan and Northern New Jersey, and this was perfect! Highly highly recommend. Great food, and a good time.More infoChez MessyPrice: Moderate• Contemporary Latin• Washington Heights•4.8
