Best Southern American Restaurants in Rice Village

If you come to Houston, Brennan’s is a must! The service was outstanding; absolutely superior! Ambiance is lovely. The restaurant certainly attracts an older crowd. Food was good, but nothing special. It’s the entire experience that is special!

This was a lovely experience. Though I have been to Graces many times, they sat us in a separate bar/table area just to the left of the reception podium. I never even knew it existed. I am now spoiled as I will be disappointed if I am not able to get seated there in the future. It had a wondeful ambiancve. The servers was first rate. They tended to us mindfully without being intrusive. The pork pot roast I had and the fried chicken my date had were great. She especially raived about the brussel sprouts. They were delicious. We did not mean to shut the place down as when we left all the tables in main dining area had been stacked. This was a bit embarrassing, but overall it was about as nice a dining experience as you could get. Nicely done.

The dishes were all beautiful and so tasty! A very memorable experience for our large group - the hospitality was top notch. We loved dining on the patio, it was the perfect brunch day!

I enjoyed the food , my server suggested strawberry covered wings and it was very delicious I would try them again, the drinks were very good I should’ve ordered more lol

Our brunch was spectacular. Our waitress, Christina, was amazing and very personable. She offered suggestions and answered all of our questions about the food and drinks. This visit by far was the best experience. Can't do wrong with the food. Thank you, Yolanda
