    Food and drinks were good. The cornbread was especially amazing. It’s a cute spot with a good menu. Our server wasn’t consistently attentive but she was good and polite. Our party of 5 wasn’t expecting an automatic gratuity but maybe they do that with all tables?

    This is a "must stop" whenever in the D.C. area. The sevice is always top tier, even more so when you are blessed to meet the legend that is Joe Jo. The dishes are exceptional with the tomahawk steak, kimchi greens and seasonal dishes some of the best around. If you enjoy Southern cooking with flare and maximum flavor, this is the place to come Highly recommend!

    Kinfolk had a reservation available on July 4th and I am SO glad they did! They seated us right away and we were in a quieter part of the restaurant, thankfully. Service was fast and friendly. The food was delicious. I would definitely go back.
