A surprisingly good experience! We read the negative reviews but my mom loves red lobster so we gave it a try. We came in for an early dinner so it wasn't busy and the service was great. I also thought the food was very good quality (we got the ultimate feast and several sides including the broccoli, asparagus, and brussel sprouts). They were out of a few items (kids mac and cheese, shrimp cocktail, Mahi Mahi) but everything we did have ended up being really good. The atmosphere is dated but clean, the music was good, and there were no “fish” smells like what I recall from my childhood visits. I thought the kids menu/booklet was great because it was full of fun activities like a word search and hidden pictures in addition to coloring. And of course the biscuits were

My wife and I enjoyed our meal at The Red Lobster. We have been going to eat there since the late 1980's and it always makes us feel closer and happy. The food was very good and the service was good. We will be back again soon.

Everything was great. But when the food come out, I was missing my steak. Had to wait about 3 minutes..just me and the wife Pretty simple mill

The restaurant was obviously short staffed, as multiple tables around us were never filled during our time and our waitress only came by when she absolutely had to-to take our order, bring food & drinks, and bring our bill. We never saw her in between and we had to ask another wait staff to bring the tools necessary for my son to eat his meal-no one thought to bring the cracker or crab fork out with his meal.

Had a reservation, seated timely. Server was very friendly and attentive. Food was great!
