Unreal. Best place I’ve been in a long time. Service was next level

The steaks and veal chop were delicious. The prime rib special was perfectly cooked. Restaurant was very crowded and loud but a very fun vibe.

We had the most wonderful experience celebrating our anniversary here. From start to finish, everything was exceptional — the food was absolutely fantastic, and every dish felt thoughtfully prepared and beautifully presented. What made the night truly unforgettable, though, was the incredible staff. They made us feel genuinely welcomed and celebrated — not just as guests, but as people. A special shoutout to Joel, our main waiter, who was kind, attentive, and just a joy throughout the evening. And to Matthew, the food and beverage manager — thank you for going above and beyond to make our night feel so special. You and Joel truly stood out. We also want to thank Carla and Kristy — your warmth and smiles added so much to the experience. It was clear that everyone we encountered genuinely cared and took pride in what they do. We’re so grateful for the amazing service and heart you all put into our evening. Thank you for making our celebration one we’ll always remember.

Remarkably good experience. Excellent food with a 5 star presentation and preparation . Incredibly attentive staff service from the front entrance to the servers and management. My brother uses a walker and management brought in a special chair for him to sit in. I highly recommend this restaurant at the Bal Harbour St Regis.
