Yesterday was our anniversary and I had made a reservation at La Bella Vita in Orleans. Come to find out, they had also scheduled a fund raiser for an ill employee last night, which we were happy to support. This also told me that it could be very busy for a Monday night, which it was. We arrived and were seated immediately, our server was Kerry, who has taken care of us in the past. We ordered drinks and the steak and cheese egg rolls, which were very tasty. Dinner for me was salmon with an orange ginger glaze (special menu item), and my husband ordered the cod with risotto from the regular menu. When he dug into his, it appeared to be undercooked, as as he pushed it over to me to look at it, Kerry walked by, saw this, and immediately took it away to take care of it. I continued to eat, and someone came by and said that they were sorry for the problem and were working on getting his meal taken care of. We were in no way upset, didn't complain, we were not in a rush and these things happen. His meal came back and we could immediately see that it was cooked better. We both tried it, gave it a thumbs up. We both ate about half of our meals (Kerry packed the rest to take home), which we often do, to save room for dessert. As dessert (molten chocolate lava cake and cannoli) came to an end, someone else came to the table and presented us a gift card for the value of the cod and apologized profusely for the issue. Now, this is how you run a restaurant! We expected and needed nothing, but since this is a place we frequent when we go out (as well as their sister restaurant Rock Harbor Grill), it will definitely continue to be a go-to for us. Maybe this is what they always do, maybe it was because they knew it was our anniversary, I don't know, I mean we didn't complain at all. Kudos to the owners, management, and staff - you know how to take care of your customers! Thank you for a nice night out for us, which has always been our experience there.

Twenty Eight Atlantic is a stunningly beautiful restaurant with amazing views! Waitstaff was friendly and knowledgeable and worked well as a team. Sadly the food did not deliver on the promise the ambiance made. It was simply not worth the incredibly high price for what the meal was.

We had a really nice anniversary brunch here. Nice views of the bay, food was outstanding. Highly recommend the lobster quiche. The staff gave us complimentary desserts for our celebration, which was a very nice gesture. Service started off a little slow, but by the time we left we could not have been happier. Be sure to request outdoor seating if you like a sea breeze with your pancakes.

Had an amazing time at the Derby party at the Outer Bar and Grill- on point Southern appetizers and a fun atmosphere- always a favorite spot and the service was perfect!!
