Took my elderly mother for a special lunch and they could not have been more attentive. We had the most delicious food and the place was cool and stylish but also comfortable. Excellent all round.

Always a pleasure to dine at the George, no pressure and well informed staff, wonderful food and wine, have stayed over and accommodation is always good

Sea Bream and Lobster were both cooked incredibly well and the restaurant is very clean, well layed out and service was exceptional. Thoroughly recommended

Probably the most interesting ( and tasty !!) food have had for a long time. Fresh , inventive and really well cooked. Nice relaxed but efficient service. Look forward to coming back
