WoW!! To be able to sit at the chef’s bar and watch, be able to interact, smell the ingredients, ask Adam himself about what inspired the menu, is truly a magical experience. What’s great is that they welcome feedback, to fine tune the dishes. VOYAGE is a journey of discovery, starting in the ocean with delicate, natural flavours some might find challenging to tastes combinations l’ve not had before! Carrot with mandarin as a desert, pearl barley and sweet horse chestnut as the final desert was a wow for me as not too sweet. The celeriac veggie course was probably my favourite if l had to choose from the 7 course menu and we tried the mixed drinks pairing , which included tea instead of alcohol for three of the dishes. An overall fantastic experience offering a true taste of Scandinavia. Fire, smoke, game, and forest fruits come together in delicious combinations, brought to London by the extraordinary team at the Yard (Ekstedt). Niklas’s innovative and robust cooking style evokes a warm, pleasant feeling, transporting you back to Viking times as the food is prepared and cooked over a wood stove and open fire. The atmosphere was friendly, and the service impeccable. We will return in the not-too-distant future.

Fantastic bar, knowledgeable and friendly cocktail makers, made us brilliant drinks. Some amazing spirits on the back bar that are great value. Enjoyed the delicious sharing platter. Overall had a great time.
