Genuinely the best in house prepared/made pastry’s from the caramelised sausage rolls to the caramelised lemon tart👌add in between the chicken breast roast and Provence rosé left me speechless with the quality of the food. The attentive service was also impeccable, thank you for making eating out for Sunday lunch worthwhile.

Staff were very friendly and welcoming. Food wasn’t over priced and tasted wonderful. Definitely visit again! Also the Guinness was perfect!

Overall a lovely evening. Staff were attentive and keen to please, couldn't be more helpful, with any minor issues speedily dealt with. Food was lovely and high quality. I'm glad we went for the three starter plate deal as the portion sizes of the main course weren't large, but I'd prefer quality over quantity any day, and the flavour range was excellent. Great pub standard dishes on offer with additional chef dishes on the new menu. Being a Tuesday night booking, the place wasn't packed and we could converse easily. Volume levels on the sound system went up significantly when the football came on the television, which wasn't really unexpected for a place with live sports I guess. Would I go again? Yes, absolutely. Looking forward to trying the carvery on one of the nights it's available.
