Vastly improved since new owners have moved in. Good choice of menu and very reasonable prices including the drinks. Friendly attentive staff. Good to see many diners present adding to the atmosphere/ambience

Locally sourced ingredients;probably the best dining out experience for many years. Everything was perfect

We ate here twice. First time rump steaks followed by rhubarb frangipani tart. Second time pate and shallot tart followed by the trout. All dishes were very good. The pub, however, was very quiet on both occasions, which was a shame as it is a lovely venue and the staff were very friendly.

Excellent, they do their very best as always and it's a joy to eat there.

Really enjoyable meal in Penzance. Would come back and recommend to others. The staff were lovely
