At Filante, Italian for ‘stringy melted cheese’, we are determined in delivering the best pizza to your door. We favour the Romana-style of pizza making but with a modern twist. All our pizza bases and mozzarella cheese are made fresh in-house and cooked in our woodfire ovens. We use the highest quality produce and ingredients from a combination of imported and local goods. We accept orders online, in-store or by phone, for pickup and delivery. Our headquarters are located in Botany, NSW.

    My partner and I have been wanting to eat here for ages so I finally booked for his birthday. It did not disappoint, we had a lovely experience. The service was very warm and friendly and the pizza we ordered was delicious. Decent value for money too. My partner even got his own personal happy birthday serenade from the staff, with a candle to blow out and everything. He was thoroughly embarrassed which was the goal👍 We will definitely be coming back!

    Open air eating needs more gas heaters around the tables. Also aluminium chairs are freezing on a cold evening so chairs need cushions and or rugs for diners comfort.

    Really enjoyed this place. The pizzas were very true to NY style Sicilians and NY slices. Didn’t get a chance to try what looked like a Detroit style. The Sicilian in particular was super impressive. It’s a skill to make a pan pizza that light and crispy. Well done guys.
