Amazing overall experience for myself and the family. We felt the food was fantastic and the wait was fair and not overly long. Great service, and the food itself was deserving fully of the 5 star rating that this restaurant is given on OpenTable! Highly recommend!

The hostess came and took our drink order and mentioned that she thought that our waitress should’ve come by. We placed our food order. One burger and one pizza which we were clearly not sharing. My burger came out and then we waited for my son’s pizza. I literally sat staring at the burger for over 10 minutes. It’s a small restaurant and our waitress never said “the other meal will be out soon.” No idea why our food (which was excellent) wasn’t served within a few minutes and no apology for the blunder. Then I waited to pay after the bill had been dropped off on our table. My son left to take his boxed leftovers to our hotel as we needed to leave for an event and just no realization from the staff that we didn’t have ten minutes to wait for a the machine to pay.

Best impromptu meal. Was looking for an Italian meal after exploring art at MoMA and this restaurant did not disappoint! Came in with hungry kiddos and we all cleared our plates!! Professional service and amazing food. The art around the restaurant was also fun to look at. Would definitely eat here again.

Great restaurant for lunch before a matinee. We had reservation for 11:30am because we were afraid later restaurant reservation or slow service might make us late for show. Not at Serafina! They were ready for us at 11:30, and service was efficient and friendly. We had a well-paced meal , time for nice conversation, and got to theatre in plenty of time.
