    The food and the service are great. Really nice server and he made some great recommendations. Only downside is most of the restaurant is outside so bring a jacket. I would definitely recommend this restaurant.

    First Class operation. This was our first visit to Buona Forchetta, but certainly won't be our last. Even though we probably got the worst seat in the house, our experience was wonderful. Our server Rico was knowledgeable, attentive and very pleasant. He ended up having a large party so it took some time for him to get back to us for our food order. Marco, the corporate operations manager came to the rescue, took our order and was quite charming. We ordered the artichoke appetizer, which we loved, a vegan pasta dish and the Barbara pizza. Everything was perfectly prepared. We even got a visit from another Marco one of the co-owners. Both Marco's were very courteous and authentically Italian, a good sign for an Italian restaurant. These guys are going to do great.
